– Physical Damage Eg Line, Ink & Shadows

Soundbar Warranty Duration Covers:
– Sound Error
– Connectivity & Pairing Error
– Sensor Remote Error
Soundbar Warranty Duration Does Not Covers:
– Busted Speaker
– Physical Damage
– Power & Panel Fault [It can only occur by user power surge]

– Interface (Hdmi, Usb & optional)

AIR CONDITIONER WARRANTY PURCHASE POLICY
Air Conditioner Warranty Duration Covers All AC Installation Booking By Our Authorized Tech
+ 1 Month Maintenance.
– Power Fault & Supply Error
– Non Effective Cooling
– Water & Gas Leakage Error
– Fan Noise Error
– Remote Sensor Error

Air Conditioner Warranty Duration Does Not Cover Any AC Non Installation Booking By
Unauthorized Tech
– Non Installation Booking
– Physical Damage
– Panel & Power Fault
– Gas & Water Leakage
– Compressor Burnt

– Power On & Supply To -Outdoor
– Fan Speed & Fan Noise

REFRIGERATORS WARRANTY PURCHASE POLICY
Refrigerators Warranty Covers
– Non-effective cooling Or Not cooling Or Malfunction Cooling due to Gas Leakage Or Fan Fault.
– Light Display, Door Fault, Noise & Sensor Error.
Refrigerators Warranty Does Not Cover
– Physical Damage
– Physical Damage On Panel Fault & Compressor Fault [It can only occur by user power surge]

Note:
Base Test must be done upon Purchase [Delivery or Pick-up]
– Physical Appearance & Compartment
– Refrigerators Or Freezer Cooling System After 5hours Of Transit Or Immediately Upon
Pick-up
Note: Cooling system cannot be tested Immediately after transit due to Gas system unsettled
from transit.
However, kindly get touch with Customer Care/ Sales Rep after 24/48hours of full Basic Test.

– Physical Damage

– Drum Noise Or Not Spinning [This can occur due to overload]
